| Plot |
| Don Henley, Glenn Frey, Joe Walsh, Don Felder and Timothy B. Schmit reunite as the Eagles perform their first live concert since their infamous 1980 break-up, a time when, according to Henley, the band would play together again “when Hell freezes over,” hence the title. Along with updated and retooled versions of many of their classic hits such as “Hotel California,” “Tequila Sunrise,” “Life In the Fast Lane,” “Take It Easy,” “Desperado,” and “I Can’t Tell You Why” come new offerings like the rocking “Get Over It” and ballads “Love Will Keep Us Alive” and “Learn To Be Still.” As Frey jokes at the show’s opening, "For the record, we never broke up, we just took a 14 year vacation." |
