| Return of Jafar is the second movie in Disney's Aladdin Trilogy. In this tale we join our hero Aladdin (Scott Weinger) as his nemesis from the first movie, Jafar (Johnathan Freeman), returns from the cave of wonders as a malevolant Genie! Speaking of Genies, the Blue Genie (Dan Castellaneta) returns from his trip around the world, as Jafar in his black lamp are discovered by Abis Mal (Jason Alexander). Jafar uses his new idiot apprentice to try to regain power, as Al and Jasmine (Linda Larkin) try to cope with the pressures of palace society and plan their wedding. All of the other characters from the first are back as well. Iago (Gilbert Godfried) Abu (Frank Welker) and even the not so loveable, but always dutiful Razoul (Jim Cummings) all return for this smash sequel to the Disney classic. |
