Plot
It’s about a bunch of employees that work at a record store, which is being threatened with the future of being bought out by a larger chain. The whole move only depicts one day in the life of this record store and its inhabitants. In one day Gina (Renee Zellweger) meets and has sex with an aging rock star Rex Manning (Maxwell Caulfield), and regrets it, hating her self, the other employees, who are now her friends helps her back on the right track. “Ms. Perfect” Corey Mason (Liv Taylor) is confronted about her drug problem. There is someone everyone can relate too. Not only do the employees of the store deal with there own personal crisis love, death and drugs, but they somehow manage to work together to earn enough money so that their boss Joe Reaves (Anthony LaPaglia) can save this record store that they all love from becoming something they all despise a Music Town.
