| Plot |
| Rocky Balboa (Sylvester Stalone) has been on top of the world for long enough now to enjoy the sweet life of retirement. He wants nothing more than to go out on his winning streak but it seems that Clubber Lang (Mr. T) isn't going to let that happen. After Mickey (Burgess Meredith) convinces Rocky to fight Clubber for a title match, the two of them get into a scuffle before the match and injure the much admired Mickey. Rocky has to fight without his beloved manager in his corner and is badly beaten losing all of the pride he had from being champion. Apollo Creed (Carl Weathers), now Rocky's friend, convinces him to train and fight Clubber again as no man should walk away when there is a chance at redemption. Fighting for dignity with so much mental baggage has always been Rocky's weakness. Can Apollo pull him through? |
