| Having held his own against the heavyweight champion of the world, Rocky Balboa (Sylvester Stallone) is ready to ease into a quiet retirement and a normal life with Adrian (Talia Shire)—but disgraced champ Apollo Creed (Carl Weathers) wants a rematch to prove that Rocky’s near-victory in the last film was only a fluke. But adjusting to life outside the ring isn’t easy for the Italian Stallion, and Apollo’s goading only gets louder and nastier.
