| Plot |
| Richard (Jonathan Silverman) and Larry (Andrew McCarthy) play two low-level workers at a New York City mega-corporation. The two discover a costly computer glitch in the company’s systems and relay the news to their boss, Bernie (Terry Kisser). Heaping praise upon the two, Bernie invites them to his stunning beach house for the weekend to celebrate their great success. Unfortunately for Richard and Larry, Bernie is the man responsible for the expensive error and wants to make sure that nobody else discovers it. In the movie’s first bizarre twist, Richard and Larry arrive at Bernie’s house to find him dead, a victim of a mob assassin. Before the two get around to calling the police, party-goers enter Bernie’s house. Richard and Larry decide that it’s better to hide his death and spend the weekend dragging his corpse on various beach adventures while Bernie’s assassin follows them around. Needless to say, hilarity ensues. |
