| Plot |
| High school gym teacher Freddy Shoop (Mark Harmon) has big plans for his summer. But he's forced to cancel his plans and teach remedial English when the scheduled teacher quits. Mr. Shoop and the class of Miss-fits and goof offs start off on the wrong foot and the kids prefer it that way. But, when he decides he can still have summer vacation if he calls beach trip a "Field Trip" and a trip to the mall "Home Work". With a bit of his off beat humor, he begins to bring the group together. |
